The simulation results show that the system relationship model can reflect dynamic variation on its shell temperature and predict indirectly the shell thickness at tapping spout 仿真結(jié)果表明,所建立的關(guān)系模型能夠反映結(jié)晶器出鋼口處坯殼表面溫度的動(dòng)態(tài)變化,及間接地預(yù)知坯殼厚度目的。
According to numerical simulation and molten steel solidification mechanism , in the paper , the restrict relationship had been setup between casting speed and molten steel level and average mould tapping section thickness as well as its shell temperature at tapping spout 本文基于數(shù)值模擬和鋼液凝固機(jī)理,建立起結(jié)晶器內(nèi)鋼液液位和鑄坯拉速對(duì)其出鋼口處鋼液截面平均溫度和坯殼溫度的制約關(guān)系。
